Looking through the forum and elsewhere, I have found so many examples on how to use FTP it's insane :eek: . But they either don't do what I need them to, are littered with other junk, use an ocx, or simply do not work. So, here's what I need:
I would like to FTP to my username/password protected server, browse to a particular directory on that server, and obtain the list of files via API... no controls.
THAT'S IT. I don't need to create or remove directories. I don't need to copy one file and place it in another directory. I just want a list of files in a particular folder on the server. Pretty please. With as much sugar on top as you want. Thank you.
