run-time error 713 application-defined or object-defined error

So, I am posting this on the outside chance that someone may be able to give me some insight/help.

I have a vb6 application that is compiled to an exe. It runs on one windows xp machine however, I can't get it to run in xp mode on windows 7 or in windows 7. I did not develope this application, nor do I have access to the vb project to recompile it.

Also, it uses a access database if that rings any bells with the error I am getting.

If anyone has any suggestions or ways to debug or pinpoint what is actually throwing this error, it would be much appreciated.
